Coming from a big family, I’ve always been a kid person, and I think it’s so amazing to create a fun space that kids can be inspired by!
WHAT WAS YOUR INSPIRATION FOR THE SPRING FLING ROOM?
I have slowly been injecting colour into Amelia’s room, it just makes it such a happy place to be! When I saw that Shannon (Isla Dream) was working on this wallpaper I just had to have it, the colours and the flowers caught my attention and I wanted to create a sanctuary for Amelia!
TELL US YOUR TOP THREE TIPS FOR DESIGNING A KIDS’ ROOM…
1/ I always choose my statement piece and work from there! Wallpaper or decals are a good place to start.
2/ Then I take inspiration from the colours and tones!
3/ Good toy storage is a necessity!
