What is the best way to clean my product?
For all of our products only use a micro-fiber cloth and a small amount of methylated spirits to remove finger prints, dust and marks.
What do I need to know when installing products?
Please be carful when installing and handling out products, use two hands and do not pull cords abruptly.
What else do I need to know?
- Be mindful of where you place/hang your products, avoid any excess moisture (from products such as vaporisers/humidifiers).
Returns Policy
Custom & Personalised Orders
We do not accept returns or refunds on custom and personalised products, except in cases of errors made on our part. If there is an issue, please contact us immediately via phone or email, and we will work with you to rectify it as quickly as possible.
Once an order has been processed, we cannot accept any changes, cancellations, or refund requests.
BREAKAGES.
Breakages & Handling
We take great care in packaging your order securely, but we rely on couriers to handle packages with care.
If your item arrives damaged:

⛔ We are not responsible for any breakages after unpacking. Please handle your items carefully and follow the care instructions provided.
Handling & Care Instructions
🔹 Name Plaques & Acrylic Signs – Do not hold plaques by one end, as this puts stress on the joins and may cause breakage. Mirror acrylic is prone to scratches, so avoid using harsh cloths or abrasive materials.
🔹 Night Light Inserts – These are fragile and should be handled with care. Avoid using harsh cloths, as they WILL scratch.
🔹 Acrylic & Plywood Adhesion – We use industrial-strength double-sided tape to adhere acrylic to plywood or acrylic layers. While strong, small details such as dots on i’s and j’s are delicate, so please avoid putting pressure on them.
